New Age Travellers with their beloved Dog, 1993
Colin talking on the New Age Travellers: “Sometimes I’d have cups of tea with the couple depicted in the drawing who lived in a coach (early 1990s) and Drongo Dave. Drawing them was almost like someone writing a poem about an incident without making news about it. The bond with their dogs was moving. This is also true of the homeless Veteran soldier.”
